Where is freedom, because people would not take this if they were free.

You are right. This is not freedom. People here are brainwashed to believe we have 100% freedome here when in reality, the current President is taking away our freedoms. People are loosing rights to choose what to do with their bodies. People are loosing the right to choose their religion without the government calling you a terrorist if you don’t chose their brand of evangelical Christianity. This is a small example of how true freedom is not a reality here. Yes, we have it alot better than in other countries. But we’re not at where we should be.

It is now well known fact that former Governor of J&K, Lt Gen S K Sinha is the main culprit of all the trouble for Amarnath related land dispute which is burning entire J & K state & opportunists communal organisations & political parties are adding fuel to fire instead of helping people for peace. Sinha wanted a separate authority(the shrine board SASB) for Amarnath Yatra management, not answerable or accountable to state govt. few years ago & wrote a note to deputy chief minister Muzaffar Hussain Beg, who, being a lawyer of top order & constitutional expert opposed. The state govt. opposed it being extra constitutional when Muft Mohd Saeed was chief minister. Sinha arbitrarily appointed IAS Arun Kumar as the chief executive officer of the unconstitutional board who worked arbitrarily violating constitution. Bypassing supreme court order he wrote in 2005 Sonali Kumar, his wife & a bureaucrat to issue order for transfer of jungle land of 400 canal i.e., 40 hectare(4 square km) between Baltal & Pahalgam to the shrine board for development of temporary shelters & toilets for pilgrims. It was known only recently that the board is arbitrarily using that & its members being outsiders & its price Rs 2,31,00,000 was paid to state govt. in 2005(When G N Azad became chief minister whose vote bank is in Jammu). When Mufti Sahaeb came to know of that he said that no such thing was done in his period & it is a fraud as it was violation of state’s constitution. Inspite of such arbitrariness & fraud no action was taken against Arun Kumar & Sonali Kumar b coz Governor pressurised & threatened. Not only this, in 2002, Sinha alone ordered extension of duration of Yatra from one month(lingam remains for 2 weeks only, the period of Yatra in July) to two months & there was a dispute between him & Mufti. He wanted this year that the Yatra to be continued for whole year & big cable car to be made upto the cave. Already environmentalists raised alarms against all such things as thick forests & glaciers are vanishing but that too was ignored. Now it is being said that the the land was to be transferred to SASB on temporary basis but in actual order, the term ‘TEMPORARY’ has not been used & price paid is written too. What is this another fraud ? Sinha, habitual violator of constitution interfered in educational set up of universities too & took up the matter of repair & renovation of all historical mosques & dargahs(interfering in religious matters of Muslims) too which was heavily protested resulting withdrawal. Actually, Amarnath Yatra was being held earlier peacefully like a low key affair like gangotri’s Gaumukh Yatra when only few thousand pilgrims were visiting. It was only in 1993 , when P V Narsimha Rao was prime minister, to show India’s hold deep in the valley to challenge mujahideens, the central govt directed governor to increase number of pilgrims to lakhs & hold Yatra with great fanfare & wide TV coverage as none knew about that. That was just like cultural invasion of Israel type on Palestine Land. Even now for Gaumukh Yatra & worship at Gangotri, keeping in view the environmental aspects, only 200 pilgrims are allowed as glacier there is melting fast, shrunk to 3 km length from 13 km B coz of road making upto that & deforestation. But in case of Amarnath, the said board will make a new road too, destroy the thick forest, much thicker than near Gaumukh & make houses in 4 square km zone which will be called Amarnath Nagar on "permanent basis". Now 15 lakh pilgrims visit the shrine as if such big number of people are coming from outside like going for crusade deliberately, troubling locals too much. Much of the glaciers has already been destroyed & shallow Lidder river has become an open sever all along. That will be so now for whole year as per Sinha’s plan with complicity of Arun Kumar & Sonali Kumar, all outsisers violating state constitution. Why is this kept secret from people ? Kashmiris are very sensitive about their lands & Kashmir being an internationally disputed territory(UNSC Res. dated 5 th Jan. 1949), unlike other Indian states, no outsider can have any piece of land there, as per constitution & UN Charter & manifesto. Why are all these things bypassed illegally ?

WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP) – Police arrested a man for leaving his 1-year-old baby in a car unattended during the early hours while he watched strippers at a nightclub in New Zealand’s capital, and have placed the boy in welfare agency care.

A passer-by called police after seeing the sleeping baby in a car parked near the Mermaid Strip Club in Wellington about 3 a.m. Tuesday.

Police took the baby to hospital and arrested the father, 42, after he was located in the club, Inspector Simon Perry said. The man faces a charge of leaving a child under 14 without reasonable supervision, Perry said.

The Child, Youth and Family agency has custody of the baby for five days while it works with the baby’s relatives to decide on his future, agency deputy chief executive Ray Smith said.

New Zealand’s commissioner for children, John Angus, said leaving a child alone in a car at night was an "extreme form of neglect."

"I would commend the member of the public who saw this poor child in the car and took some action to make it safe" by alerting police, Angus told National Radio.

Authorities declined to confirm details of the baby’s family situation, but Angus said he expected relatives to step in and warn the father that "it’s not good enough for our child to be looked after this way."
